Wix stores use the haggl.ai app for Wix: install it from the Wix App Market (https://www.wix.com/app-market/raph1015-haggl-ai-win-the-agentic-sale), and installing it creates your workspace. The haggl.ai app on the Shopify App Store works on every Shopify plan. Until that listing is live, new Shopify merchants join through haggl.ai-assisted setup, available for Shopify Plus stores. Creating a free workspace is the first step. haggl.ai provisions a merchant-specific app, you authorize it, and we verify discount delivery and checkout together before launch. Storefronts outside Shopify and Wix are not supported in the current rollout.

Current pricing for new signups since September 14, 2026: Free and Pay as you go replace the former Starter, Growth and Pro monthly subscription tiers. Existing legacy agreements remain in effect until explicitly changed. Negotiation allowances limit capacity; they are not per-negotiation prices. For an offer with a discount, haggl.ai takes 10% of the discount actually used (the total concession), not 10% of the product price or 10% of the shopper’s saving. For a $100 eligible purchase using a $20 total concession, the shopper saves $18 and haggl.ai earns $2. You retain $80 before taxes, shipping, payment processing, product costs and other charges. A 20% ceiling does not mean every negotiation uses the full 20%. For an offer without a discount (a bundle, a plan or a gift), haggl.ai earns 1% of the sale: what the shopper actually pays for the offer’s items, or the first invoice of a subscription. A $100 purchase earns $1, and it counts toward your monthly fee limit like every fee.

Only when a negotiated offer leads to a verified paid purchase. A started negotiation, accepted offer, or unused discount code creates no haggl.ai fee. Direct merchants receive monthly Stripe invoices. Eligible Shopify Plus stores can start free after haggl.ai-assisted setup; paid Shopify billing is pending release. Wix stores use the Free plan at launch. The commercial model is the same. haggl.ai’s fee is billed separately from the shopper’s checkout. haggl.ai verifies a purchase made through the Stripe checkout it creates for the deal, or a Shopify or Wix order that uses the deal’s code. A sale completed in your own systems, for example after a custom integration hands the deal over, can’t be verified, so it earns no automatic fee.

Free includes 50 negotiations per calendar month with haggl.ai fees waived and no payment method required. Waiving the fee leaves the shopper’s agreed saving unchanged; you keep the waived amount. Pay as you go allows 500 negotiations total per month, including sessions already used that month, with no base fee. You explicitly enable billing before paid usage. Free usage is not an extra 50 on top of the 500.

One negotiation is one session between a buyer’s agent and your business. Its offers and counteroffers stay in that session. Sessions count toward your monthly allowance even if no purchase follows, but unsuccessful sessions do not generate a fee. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC.

New negotiations pause at your plan’s session limit. Reaching the Free limit never enrolls you in paid billing automatically. On Pay as you go, the limit is 500 total sessions per month. There are no automatic upgrades or per-session overage charges.

haggl.ai reverses the fee attributable to refunded eligible items, proportionally for partial refunds and fully for a full eligible refund. Adjustments after billing are reconciled through your billing provider or support. Contact support with the order reference if an adjustment is missing; never send payment-card details.

The fee applies to eligible merchandise only: the concession of an offer with a discount, or what the shopper pays for the items of an offer without one. Never taxes, shipping, or unrelated promotions. Your shopper sees the actual saving and the checkout total. Payment-provider charges and applicable taxes on haggl.ai’s own bill are separate. Shopper amounts use the currency’s smallest unit. Fractional haggl.ai fees are accumulated before billing, so a displayed rounded fee can differ from the final combined bill.

Yes, when the concession rate is the same. A $20 product using a 20% total concession produces a $0.40 haggl.ai fee; a $200 product using the same rate produces a $4 fee. Both use the same 10% share. No industry price bands or bidding are involved.

No. A paid order confirms a purchase, not that haggl.ai caused an incremental sale. You choose the products and concession limits based on your own margins. The haggl.ai fee shares your approved concession; it does not remove product costs or guarantee profitability.

Pay only for customers we book for you: 2% of the job, 6% for priority customers. First 10 free. No monthly fee. That’s for local and home services that book jobs by phone, WhatsApp or a booking page, on WordPress, Wix or their own site. The job is what the customer paid for it, after the deal’s discount. You pay only when you confirm the booking, and you set a monthly cap. Bookings past the cap in a month cost nothing. Stores keep 10% of the discount actually used, or 1% of the sale.

A customer your sales agent gave a better deal than your own public offer, because they’re worth more than one job: a landlord, a property manager or a realtor, for example. If your public offer is 20% off, a deal above 20% is priority. With no public offer, any discount is priority. Every other booking is standard: your public offer, no discount, or perks only. Each deal email shows the tier, and when you confirm, you can lower a priority booking to standard and say why. Priority bookings pay 2% on the part of a job above $5,000.

A deal your customer accepted, with its deal reference, whose job you confirm. When the customer books, select Confirm this booking in your deal email and enter what they paid for the job, after the deal’s discount. On Wix, a paid booking that carries the deal’s coupon confirms itself. If the customer never books, mark the deal Not used: no fee.

Your first 10 booked customers are free, counted across all your sites. On WordPress or your own site, save a card in your dashboard before your 11th booking: without one, offers pause until you add it. haggl.ai bills the card once a month. There is no setup or monthly fee.
